Join us for a harmonizing session of deep release, ritual therapeutics, and sound healing. We will connect in sacred circle through heart medicine, which includes the power of group, creative expressive arts, somatic exercises, and healing sound frequencies that alchemize from the inside out. This is going to be light, creative, and restorative in every way. We don’t need to be afraid of grief and big emotions. We consciously compost it into something nutritious for ourselves and all beings 🔥🌹🏔️💗

I'm excited to share that I am officially a certified compassionate listening facilitator, woo hoo. This last year has been an educational and heart opening deep dive into this highly impactful organization (Compassionate Listening Project). It's all about healing the world from the inside out and starting with your own heart and inner landscape in relation to humanity. 💥

The philosophy, the life changing tools, and the cross-cultural community offers an evolutionary way to transform conflict with compassion and understanding. There is so much to explore in between. I am so grateful for what I've been able to learn and I look forward to sharing some offerings in Sacred Dwelling's community. Stay tuned. Keep shining through the darkness, friends. ♥️
