Diastasis Recti (aka abdominal separation) sounds scary… but here’s the truth 👇

✨ It’s completely normal in full-term pregnancies.
As your baby grows, your abdominal muscles naturally lengthen and separate to make room. It’s not a failure. It’s physiology.

Where things get frustrating is when:
• You still look “pregnant” months later
• You notice doming/coning with workouts
• Your core feels weak or unstable
• You’re dealing with back pain or pelvic floor symptoms

We’re thrilled to be able to offer an evening Women’s Fitness at Light The Fire CrossFit!

The Women’s Fitness class is taught by our amazing therapists, with special intention of what’s happening in our core & pelvic floor muscles with exercise and movement. Join us in getting stronger so you can do life!

Open to women in all chapters of life and kids are welcome to tag along too!

Starting Tuesday February 10th:
- Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5:30pm at Light the Fire CrossFit.

Join us for a 60-minute full-body workout with intentional core & pelvic floor focus—designed by a pelvic floor physical therapist and taught by the therapy staff from MOVE Physical Therapy.

✨ Your first class is FREE—come try it out!
Ongoing pricing (billed every 4 weeks):
• $60 for 1 class per week
• $105 for 2 classes per week

This movement class brought to you by MOVE Physical Therapy is a gentle introduction to moving your body. Drop by the Frenchtown-Dixie Branch Library any time during our hour long program for a child and parent/adult friendly stretch session. No experience necessary because every movement is able to be modified to your current flexibility and/or fitness level.

Stretching increases blood flow, decreases muscle tension, and promotes relaxation for a calm mind and body. No registration necessary, come and join us for this perfect way to get your body moving!
