Bright blocks, big learning! Playing with colorful blocks isn’t just fun-it’s doing so much behind the scenes. As little hands stack, sort, and build, they’re strengthening proprioception, learning to recognize shapes and colors, and starting to spot patterns along the way. Every grab, place, and topple helps build body awareness and brain power-all while looking like pure playtime magic! 🌈🧱✨

Physical therapy gets a little wiggly today! Standing on dynamic surfaces while reaching turns balance practice into a strength building challenge. Those intentional wobbles help fire up leg muscles, improve stability, and boost confidence from head to toe. Every reach, adjustment, and steady hold is building a stronger, more balanced body-one fun PT moment at a time! 💪🏃‍♀️

Today in OT, we’re working on range of motion! Turning big stretches and little wiggles into stronger, smoother movements. Every reach counts, every stretch matters, and all that’s hard work adds up to more freedom to move and play. Progress looks like motion in action! 🎉👋

Lil Bit is hard at work learning to use her right arm! She’s doing lots of reaching, grasping, and figuring out how to plan her movements in OT as she navigates life with a brachial plexus injury . Each reach is a tiny victory, every grasp is practice, and every attempt helps her brain and body work together. Through play and repetition, she’s building strength, coordination, and confidence-one determined movement at a time. 💪✨

Swinging and other repeat-it-again routines are MAGIC✨ for building language skills. When kids get to do the same activity over and over-paired with simple, catchy words like “Ready, set…GO!”-their brains start to connect the dots. The repetition makes the words predictable, the activity exciting, and suddenly those target words are easier (and way more fun!!) to use. 🪄✨🌟
