Our passion has always been to invest our knowledge and skills to develop and grow a team with equal passion. It is important to become invested in the family and walk with them on their journey. We are committed to empower all families through guidance, encouragement and support by providing the tools for success within their daily lives. 📣Ruston clients, please contact our office if you need to adjust your appointment times today due to traffic. This is especially important if you are traveling to Ruston from Grambling, Simsboro, Minden, or surrounding areas. Call our Ruston office at 318-255-7550 or contact your therapist ASAP if you will be late or need to adjust your appointment due to traffic on the interstate today.

UPDATE: One lane on the Eastbound side is currently open. Be sure to slow down and use caution when traveling through the area.

Interstate 20 eastbound is currently closed for an extended amount of time between Exits 83 and 84 due to an overturned 18-wheeler.

Motorists are urged to use alternate routes while officers work to clear the scene and ensure safety. Please allow extra travel time for your morning commute.

Our Story

Our goal is to provide quality services for infants and children up to 21 years of age. Services include occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech-language pathology. Services and programs are provided within a fun, playful atmosphere in our offices as well as in homes, schools, and other community sites. Our highly trained, licensed therapists have advanced degrees in their areas of specialty. They are dedicated to ongoing continuing education and the acquisition of advanced pediatric skills. At Building Futures we focus on the abilities and the recovery potential in each child. In addition, we encourage parental input and understand the importance of forming partnerships with the families we serve.
