With so many new followers, I thought I'd better introduce myself!

Meet the Therapist:
I'm Kaila Biddinger but I prefer to be called Kai! It's a nickname my husband gave to me when we were in our teens and it stuck! I am 31 years old with an amazing husband (who is currently in massage school, by the way) and two dog babies at home!
A fun fact about me is that I graduated high school and massage school all in the same year.
I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 12 years but was lucky enough to grow up with parents who are also LMTs and that gave me a strong background in the industry.
I am Nebraska born and raised (Midwest is in my blood) and did my schooling in Nebraska but I have also been licensed in Texas and now Indiana.
Last year was a tough year as my husband and I said goodbye to our amazing community in Texas and took the plunge to move to Indiana to be closer to our families! Hence my need to rebuild in Fort Wayne! Hoosiers have been nothing but kind and supportive to us here!

75 minute- $90

120 minute- $150

These prices all include my specialties such as Prenatal, Shiatsu, Myoskeletal, Reflexology, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Sinus Drainage, Cupping and Swedish.

Hey everyone! Just a quick update! It is with a heavy heart that I say goodbye to my time in Monroe and start my transition into Fort Wayne! I will be opening my schedule in the next couple of weeks while I get everything moved closer to home! I will continue to update on this new and exciting adventure and I look forward to seeing you on my massage table! Thank you all so much for your support!

Hey everyone! It's been a crazy 6 months but I am finally settled in Indiana. I am happy to announce that I am back in business for myself. I have been so blessed to be a part of Monroe Wellness and they've helped me build an amazing clientele! This week I am moving into a new massage room and can't wait to show you the finished product! I will also keep you updated on things we have going on at the Wellness Center. Thanks for all of your support! ♡ updates to come!

Hey everyone! We knew this was a long time coming but now it's official. My husband and I will be moving to Fort Wayne in June! My last day will be 6/28 and then I will make the huge move/transition to Indiana! Don't worry, I have referrals to some amazing therapists, so you will not be left without! We are SO excited for our new opportunities to be closer to family but are also heartbroken at the community we have to leave behind. Lubbock has been an amazing place to grow and I am FOREVER grateful to my clients who have become not only my friends.. but my family.

Due to an influx of newcomers wanting appointments, I wanted to post again that I'm no longer accepting new clients! My schedule is FULL and I want to keep it flexible for my regulars. Referrals and Gift Certificatres excluded. Thanks everyone for keeping me so busy! ♡ (picture for attention)

10 years ago I graduated from Midwest School of Massage. I was just an 18 year old with no big plans for life other than to move to Texas and see what happened with a boy I loved (at the time). Little did I know that I would end up divorcing that boy and staying for a beautiful clientele who loved and supported me through all of my hardships. You guys made me feel seen, heard and validated. Here's to 10 years of being an LMT! I can't imagine doing anything else. This job has been beyond rewarding and I've made friends and family for a lifetime. ♡
