Hello everyone! I am continually grateful for the past 3 years and for being able to offer John Barnes’s therapeutic approach to helping patients and their caregivers get relief from pain and mobility issues. It is truly an honor to do this work.

As I reflect on the past two years since I started Werth Your Wellness, I would like to express my gratitude to everyone who has supported me on this journey!

Going into year three, my main focus will be on providing Myofascial Release techniques and home exercise programs for pain and mobility issues. I recently have completed over 80 hours of continuing education developed by John F. Barnes’ that helps patients with TMJ (temporomandibular joint) dysfunction, sinus pain/pressure, neck pain, thoracic pain & all forms of headaches.
