❤️Never underestimate the power of Mother earth’s healing agents. 🤧Woke up this morning with a pounding headache 🧠 sore throat 🗣️and lung congestion🫁. Took 2 tablespoons of fermented garlic got out my four thieves vinegar spray and drank a cup of 🫁Mullin tea! Up doing housework now. I love Mother Nature and learning all about her gifts!
