Hello friends!

I have added a couple new treatments to the menu and they are now available to book.

Massage with Cupping:
This will incorporate massage with customized cupping work. Cups are fantastic for myofascial issues and release. They are great for hypersensitivity and tension relief. There is a combination of gliding cups and stagnant cups customized for specific needs.

Sports massage and Injury recovery:
This is great for workout/sports recovery as well as injury rehabilitation. This type of massage may combine cupping and gentle scraping techniques with therapeutic massage for myofascial release and breaking down dense tissue. This type of massage is focused on creating balance throughout the body, reducing muscle and myofascial restrictions, creating efficiency in the body for best recovery and performance. Great as preventative as well as rehabilitative.

Hot Stones will be available soon! I am working out what I need in my space to make it the most smooth and enjoyable experience for both you and I. Stay tuned!
