Family Solutions hosted a blood drive today with LifeShare Blood Center - Monroe and we are so thankful for everyone who was able to donate. ❤️

We are grateful for each person who took the time to give, along with all of the groups and partners who helped make this possible. Your support helps our community stay prepared for those moments when blood is needed most and helps maintain a steady supply for patients and hospitals every day.

Donating blood is a simple, intentional act of care. It is a way to give back to others, people you may never meet, while contributing to the overall well-being of our community. Small actions like this create meaningful impact and remind us how connected we all are.

We had so much fun at the Mac & Cheese Fest held at the Chennault Aviation Museum 🧀✈️

It was the perfect place to enjoy some amazing food while spreading awareness about something close to our hearts 💙

We are proud to celebrate an exciting achievement for our Chief Director of BDS, Scott Lepley.

Scott has been elected by licensed behavior analysts across Louisiana and appointed by the Governor to serve on the Louisiana Behavior Analyst Board for a 4-year term.

In this role, he will help guide licensure, ethical standards, and the quality of care provided to individuals and families across our state.

We are grateful to have leaders like Scott who are committed to strengthening services and making a lasting impact in the communities we serve.

On Friday, we celebrated a special milestone as Dr. William H. Riddle, PhD, LPC marked 10 years with Family Solutions. Our team gathered for lunch to recognize a decade of dedication, service, and leadership.

Dr. Riddle is an exceptional counselor and truly one of the kindest people you will ever meet. His compassion, wisdom, and genuine care for others are evident in every client he serves and every colleague he supports. His presence has helped shape the culture of Family Solutions and guide our growth over the years.

He has also been instrumental in developing our conference and continuing education series, setting an incredibly high bar for quality and professionalism. Through his leadership and commitment to excellence, our conferences have come to set the standard in North Louisiana for high quality continuing education for counselors and mental health professionals.

We are grateful for Dr. Riddle’s leadership, heart, and the lasting impact he continues to make at Family Solutions.

🧡 Did you know March is National Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month?

First recognized in 1987 by President Ronald Reagan, this month was created to raise awareness and encourage communities to support and include individuals with developmental disabilities.

Developmental disabilities can affect learning, communication, behavior, and emotional wellbeing. Counseling can play an important role in helping individuals and families build coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, and navigate life’s challenges with confidence.

This month, and every month, we are committed to supporting individuals and families while helping create communities where everyone feels understood, valued, and included.
