She finally got up!
I absolutely love this girl! My Niece. She’s so sweet, gentle, loving and doesn’t bark. I’m so honored to have someone in my life that can’t wait to see me! 😍
I bought her these shoes bc she stepped on a little ball like cactus that got suck deep between her pads 🐾 and also the pavement is way to hot here in Arizona🔥

My Version of T2B (Toes to Bar)
20 Reps/3 sets.
Most over ever done without losing my grip and it was still going strong 💪
It actually outlasted the rest of me. It’s helps to have big mitts like 👊🏼 and it also helps to have your favorite training partner in mind, who usually can crush you at certain exercises, like my Daughter doing these and my Son deadlifting and warming up with the weight I worked up to for years 🤣
