Our 74 bed center offers a full continuum of services and care focused around each individual in today's ever-changing health care environment. Monroe Health Services has been serving Green County since 1965 and is located in a residential neighborhood within two blocks of Monroe Clinic. Our center is Medicare and Medicaid certified.

Strike gold! Our residents searched through this fun Sensory Bin to discover hidden gems and treasures. Sensory activities like this help engage touch, sight, and movement while supporting fine motor skills and cognitive stimulation. Most importantly, it brought smiles, laughter and a little adventure to the day! Sometimes the smallest treasures bring the biggest smiles.

A HUGE thank you to Yellowstone Lutheran Church Women of the ECLA for their generous donation!

They sent the Activity Department a donation around Christmas and after a lot of thought, we decided to purchase something the residents could enjoy again and again — a slushie machine!

Yesterday, we made chocolate and shamrock shakes and we've already tried piña coladas, frozen juices and sodas. Residents are loving the sweet frozen treats, and we're so excited to keep making fun drinks and memories with it all year long, for years to come!

For World Kindness Day, residents wanted to spread some encouragment! They helped put these cute pin cards together for our staff to sprinkle around town at local businesses!

Residents would like to thank the sweet children from Albany School who made Valentines for them! They did an amazing job! Our smiles say it all! 💌

We celebrated Valentine's Day with some Valentines "Vingo," a special showing of "Winnie the Pooh: A Valentine for You," and pink-themed treats of course! 🍯 🐻

Our Friday morning mobility group has been a huge hit! Recently, we made turkeys and did a turkey shoot out with Nerf guns. Everyone had a blast! We also did candied grapes before that. 🦃🔫🎨
