Our 74 bed center offers a full continuum of services and care focused around each individual in today's ever-changing health care environment. Monroe Health Services has been serving Green County since 1965 and is located in a residential neighborhood within two blocks of Monroe Clinic. Our center is Medicare and Medicaid certified.

Our Friday morning mobility group has been a huge hit! Recently, we made turkeys and did a turkey shoot out with Nerf guns. Everyone had a blast! We also did candied grapes before that. 🦃🔫🎨

We had a great Halloween week! We celebrated with a "Wicked" theme party, trick-or-treating from Rainbow Childcare of Monroe, and a spooktacular party. We ended the week with baking cookies to get ready for fall. 🍁 🎃🍬
