Our residents had a blast participating in the “Hoodie Hoo Day,” raising their voices (and spirits!) to help scare winter away and welcome brighter days ahead. Please join us in giving a warm Saint Therese IHM welcome to our new Sous Chef, Mayah!

With over 15 years of culinary experience and a specialty in all things seafood, Mayah brings creativity, innovation, and bold flavors to our kitchen. Today she wowed us with this beautiful Brazilian beef stew served over red beans and rice… and let’s just say there were very happy taste testers! Who says senior living menus have to be boring? Let the games begin… Saint Therese style! Our Activities Department did a fantastic job bringing the excitement of the Winter Olympics right here to Saint Therese IHM Senior Living! Residents and Sisters joined together for fun, laughter, friendly competition, and plenty of team spirit. From creative games to cheering each other on, it was truly a gold-medal kind of day!

The best lunch crew around strikes again! Ashley, our Sales & Marketing Director, had the pleasure of taking members of our Signature Club out for a lovely lunch at Public House and it did not disappoint! The food was absolutely delicious, the laughs were nonstop, and the company was even better.

A special shoutout to Steph, the amazing server, who truly went above and beyond to make the afternoon extra special.
