We have teamed up with Community Health Services to pilot a Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) program.

This initiative provides CGMs to high-risk diabetic patients who require consistent monitoring but may not have access to these life-saving devices. This is a critical first step as we move toward providing equitable health tools for all members of our community.
