The Youth Art Group offers a supportive environment where children can learn about emotions, social skills, boundaries, and self-care while expressing themselves through arts and crafts.
Sessions will be held again this Saturday from 2:30-4.
This program is designed for children aged 6-14 and is led by professional counselors.

Therapy for kids and teens - why ?
The benefits may not be immediately noticeable but over time you’ll realize that in addition to what the parents are teaching, they are also learning about reframing their thoughts, identifying emotions, speaking openly about topics that might be difficult/ taboo in the family dynamic, experience unconditional support and be given homework/ goals/ tasks that are different and helpful for development and growth.

We are very happy to announce that we are growing and expanding!
Abby Kurlfink is a Limited License Marriage and Family Therapist who studied at Colorado State University. She brings a wealth of experiences with children, adults, couples and families navigating neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, domestic violence, learning disabilities, ADHD, and parenting challenges. She believes that we are formed and influenced by the relationships in our lives, and she works in collaboration with clients in solution-focused treatment.

Abby is currently accepting new clients – children, adults, families and couples. She is in-network with Meridian, McLaren and Blue Cross Complete.

Are you going to Monroe Comic Con this year? If so, stop by our tent!
Clients and friends of Lemontree Family Counseling have been working on a dynamic series of work to display.

Using both finished and abandoned projects, we have created a series of canvases that express the many emotions that our local humans share with those in the world of Anime, music, neurodivergence, mental health challenges and social media.

We will also have a pearler bead station (free), stickers(free), and Poloraid photo station (small charge).

Look for the Big Yellow Tent outside the Expo Center.
