We keep screaming over symptoms
while the disease writes policy behind closed doors with a pen that spills blood from souls who were born on the wrong side of
imaginary lines.

Sometimes i think the real border isn’t land or law,
it’s what information they let cross into our minds
while they distract us with smoke and tell us it’s just clouds like my lungs don’t know the difference.

Don't talk to me about "make america healthy again" unless you're ready to address the real sickness of a nation this massive
trying to govern itself through division and fear
instead of humility and repair and if you don't understand, let me put it like this:
you can’t heal a body by putting its organs
against each other.

i’m exhausted by binary thinking. good guys. bad guys. heroes. villains. left or right. for or against.
don’t ask me to pick a side when the board is rigged and the referee owns stock in the fight.

i don’t know enough to tell you what the solution is but i know enough to distrust anyone who says they’re sure while stepping over mountains of dismembered children, dead mothers, and fatherless fathers.

listen: i don’t believe everything i hear. i don’t disbelieve everything either. i just know something
feels off about a system that sells fear in bulk
and calls it safety.

i don’t need conspiracy to know trust is fractured.
i just need to see how much truth is redacted.

So yeah. call this my hot take, or what-the-f**k-ever.
i'm just tired of the headaches,
and heartbreak, and unmarked graves,
and unbearable weight of generational grief
from genocide created by shareholders
who sleep like babies, while we pay the bill.
