Join us in celebrating Red Ribbon Week and making the pledge to live drug-free!

This week, we’re proud to recognize Red Ribbon Week (October 23–31) — the nation’s oldest and largest drug prevention awareness campaign. It’s a time for communities, schools, families, and organizations across the country to come together and promote living healthy, safe, and drug-free lives.

The theme this year — “Life is a Puzzle, Solve It Drug Free” — reminds us that every choice we make is a piece of our life’s picture. Choosing to stay drug free helps us build a brighter, stronger future — one that’s full of purpose, health, and hope.

Let’s encourage one another to:
🧠 Make smart, healthy choices.
💪 Stand strong against peer pressure.
💬 Talk openly about the dangers of substance use.
❤️ Support our youth and communities in staying drug free.

Join us in celebrating Red Ribbon Week and making the pledge to live drug free!

This month, People United Behavioral Health and People United of Louisiana stand together in support of all those who have been impacted by breast cancer — survivors, fighters, and families alike.

💗 Breast cancer doesn’t just affect the body — it impacts the mind and spirit, too. That’s why raising awareness, providing emotional support, and promoting early detection are vital in the fight for better health and healing.

Let’s wear pink with purpose, encourage regular screenings, and continue to uplift one another — because together, we are stronger than cancer. 💪🏽

🌍 World Mental Health Day 💚

Today, we take a moment to remind everyone that mental health matters just as much as physical health. This year’s theme encourages us to prioritize awareness, compassion, and access to care for all.

Taking care of your mental health is not a sign of weakness—it’s a sign of strength. Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, or simply feeling overwhelmed, you don’t have to face it alone.

💬 If you are struggling or know someone who may need support, reach out to People United Behavioral Health.
📞 Call us today at 318-570-5400 for assistance, guidance, and compassionate care.

Let’s continue to break the stigma and make mental health a priority—today and every day. 💚
