- Light Therapy (our light therapy bed transforms oxygen to energy in cells to decrease joint pain and inflammation, increase energy and mood, boost immune system support, and help with better sleep)

- Laser Therapy (our LiteForce cold laser therapy works on the mitochondria of cells to reduce inflammation, increase circulation, and promote healing)

- Massage Chairs (our 20-min zero-gravity massage chair sessions reduce muscle tension throughout your body while decompressing your spine in the zero gravity position)

As Dr. Ian Shtulman states:
“The transition from womb to the world is challenging. Our nervous systems are responsible for perceiving the sudden change in our environment and coordinating every muscle, organ, and gland to respond appropriately - allowing our bodies to effectively and efficiently adapt to our new life on the outside. The pushing and pulling on our neck during labor and birth can cause subtle shifts in the spinal bones, interfering with how our nervous system regulates function throughout the body.
