One tiny heartbeat changed everything for this mama. 💙

Last May, a young woman discovered she was pregnant – just a month before moving to North Carolina. Nervous and unsure what to do, her mom suggested she visit Help Pregnancy Center to explore her options.

Hearing her baby’s heartbeat, she knew immediately she wanted to keep him. This January, her sweet little boy was born! She recently shared this precious photo with us, and we can’t stop smiling.

We’re honored to celebrate these beautiful beginnings with families like hers.

International Women’s Day was this past Sunday, and we wanted to highlight a few of the incredible women who make up our team. 💙

Every day, these women serve with compassion and dedication as they walk alongside the women who come through our doors. Whether providing leadership, medical care, or direct client support, their work reflects what it truly means to be women supporting women.

Tara – Founder & Executive Director, leads with heart and vision. Her heart for the unborn and abortion-vulnerable women is contagious.
Becky – Sonographer (Monroe), goes above and beyond for every client. She carries out our Abortion Pill Reversal protocol with incredible dedication.
Alice – Client Services Coordinator (Marvin), does an incredible job building connections with local churches in the Marvin community, increasing support for the women we serve.
Ruth – Client Services Coordinator (Monroe - Spanish), helps every woman feel loved and celebrated and leads our baby showers at the Monroe center.

We’re so thankful our staff – and for the many ways they help women feel supported, valued, and loved.

Juli, the sonographer at Help Pregnacy Indian Trail, is pictured here with a new mom who recently earned her Baby Bundle after completing her appointments.

At our Indian Trail center, clients who attend three key appointments - including pregnancy testing, peer counseling, ultrasounds (if possible), and a BrightCourse parenting session - receive a Baby Bundle filled with newborn essentials like diapers, wipes, a diaper bag, baby skincare items, and more.

These bundles are one small way we support moms as they begin their journey into motherhood. Because our hearts are centered on them. 💙

We are so grateful for the students from Arborbrook Christian Academy who recently spent time serving at Help Pregnancy Center!

One group jumped right in to help us prepare the remainder of our winter newsletter for mailing, while others served in our Helping Hands clothing ministry - organizing, sorting, and making sure families who visit us feel cared for and supported.

Thank you for your willingness to serve and for being the hands and feet of Jesus in our community. Your time and hard work truly make a difference!

⛳ Drive for Life at our 13th Annual Swing 4 Life Golf Tournament!

Happy Birthday, Lisa! 🎉

Today we’re celebrating Lisa Bradle, our incredible Office Administrator and one of the very first smiling faces our clients see when they walk through the doors at Help Pregnancy Center.

Since joining us in 2004 as a volunteer receptionist, Lisa’s faithful heart and servant spirit have been a blessing to everyone around her. She coordinates appointments, welcomes each client with kindness, and gently reminds every mom who walks in that she is valued and loved.

Inspired to serve by her father-in-law and grounded in her life verse, 1 Corinthians 13:13, Lisa lives out faith, hope, and love each and every day.

We are so grateful for you, Lisa, and the dedication you bring to this ministry. Please join us in wishing her a very happy birthday!

We had the joy of celebrating her at a baby shower — and this week, our Indian Trail location had the sweetest privilege of meeting her precious baby born in October.
