Octane Training

Octane Training Fitness community Octane's program incorporates high intensity intervals, traditional athletic training, plyometrics, and hardstyle kettlebell training.

Octane uses functional training methods for workouts that are balanced, efficient, and suitable for YOU, regardless of your current fitness level! Our goal is to train your muscles for "go", not for "show", which means that we focus on exercises with real world applications. Classes include mobility work, dynamic warmup, strength work and/or conditioning, and stretching.

⚫️Big Announcement for Octane⚫️

After three incredible years of ownership, I’m officially passing the torch of Octane to Chloe Bodden! Chloé Bodden — and I couldn’t be more excited about what’s ahead.

I’ve truly loved this space and being part of such an amazing community. Over time, I realized I needed support on the business side so I could fully pour into what I love most: coaching and growing my sleep business. That’s where Chloe stepped up to the plate in the biggest way.

Every business owner needs a manager.
Every manager needs a business owner. I will still be coaching & programming while she does all things admin!

Chloe has been such a steady, driven, and passionate force behind the scenes, and I’m beyond grateful for everything she’s done — and everything she’s about to do.

Thank you, Chloe, for believing in Octane and for taking this next step. I’m so thankful to pass ownership on to you and can’t wait to watch you take it even further. 🖤
