Octane Training

Octane Training Fitness community Octane's program incorporates high intensity intervals, traditional athletic training, plyometrics, and hardstyle kettlebell training.

Octane uses functional training methods for workouts that are balanced, efficient, and suitable for YOU, regardless of your current fitness level! Our goal is to train your muscles for "go", not for "show", which means that we focus on exercises with real world applications. Classes include mobility work, dynamic warmup, strength work and/or conditioning, and stretching.
