Community Health Services of Union County is a free clinic and we also offer wellness program services.

Community Health Services of Union County's mission is to provide personalized, high-quality care to Union & Anson Counties in NC and Lancaster & Chesterfield in SC residents living with diabetes, high blood pressure, and other chronic diseases. We go out into the community and do health screenings which consist of Blood pressures, blood sugars, hemoglobin and cholesterol. In the fall we also go o

ut in the community and administer flu vaccinations. Community Health has an emergency prescription assistance program. We see Union County and Anson County Residents that qualify for our medical services.

She keeps the clinic running smoothly by managing accounting, grants, accreditation, and office notary tasks all to support our mission of providing care to uninsured, low-income adults.
