Things I’d tell you if I wasn’t afraid to hurt your feelings:
1. You’re not “just tight.” You’re stressed.
2. Your nervous system needs safety more than your muscles need force. Deeper pressure isn’t better if you can’t relax.
3. Booking only when you’re miserable keeps us playing catch-up.
4. The 10 minutes you skip stretching daily are hurting you more than 60 minutes with me can truly heal. You need both for long-lasting results.
5. Your body keeps receipts for skipped sleep, high stress, and long work weeks. Dehydration makes this even worse.
6. I don’t care bout your body hair. I have my own to worry about 😂
8. Taking care of your body is an investment, not a luxury. You’re allowed to prioritize it without guilt.
9. You don’t have to apologize for your body. EVER. We all fluctuate in weight, have scars, acne, sweat, stinky feet, etc. We’re human.
10. You deserve to feel good consistently, not just when you’ve hit burnout. If your budget doesn’t align with massages, please find moments to care for yourself between appointments. 🩷
