Located in Monroe, New York, in Orange County NY, and via Zoom anywhere, we welcome you into our community and into a more healthy tomorrow. Our classes are instructed by some of the areas’ most trained and experienced instructors, who adapt each class for students of all levels. We offer classes for beginners, intermediate, and advanced students in yoga, barre, Pilates fusion classes, yoga instructor training, stand up paddleboard yoga, and more. At Sol Full Yoga, we are committed to teaching the practice of yoga in a way that is relevant and empowering. We value the meaningful connections between teacher and student and believe in quality over quantity. Call or email us with any questions. Our Story

At Sol Full Yoga we are inspired by the radiant energy of the sun and intrigued by the cool stillness of the moon. We recognize some days require cool stillness and others movement and fire. Our space offers two studios that combine these yin (shady, feminine) and yang (sunny, masculine) aspects of our lives and our practice. The two halves that together bring wholeness.

We help hard-working professionals and gracefully aging adults ease stress, build strength and flexibility, and create mindful habits so that they can live a life free from pain, move with confidence and show up as the best version of themselves in their work and homes.

We offer two welcoming, clean studios with a broad range of classes to meet you where you are. Yin, restorative, meditation and aromatherapy practices can help ease anxiety and stress and allow you to slow down. Yang practices like Hot Vinyasa and Aerial yoga, can detoxify, build strength, melt tension and create flexibility. We want you to reach your goals of full body wellness in our vibrant uplifting community.
