Here's why you should come this Thursday at 7 PM:
When you go to a sound bath, your body isn’t just hearing the sounds, it’s feeling them. Every cell in your body vibrates in response to sound waves, just like ripples in water when you drop a pebble!
That sound massages your cells with vibration. These waves can help shift your body out of “fight or flight” into a calmer, parasympathetic state. In that space, your heartbeat slows, your body relaxes, and your brainwaves begin to synchronize with the rhythm of the sound, often dropping into theta brain waves, the same meditative state where healing and deep subconscious rewiring occur.
A sound bath helps “retune” parts of the body that may have fallen out of tune - like tuning an instrument back into harmony. (See what I did there, fellow musicians?) When the body is in tune, energy can flow freely again, allowing emotional blockages, pain, and stress to release.

Halloween Night at Muktinath Holistic Center
Step through the veil this Halloween and onto Platform 9¾, where the worlds of magic and mystery meet. Join us for an enchanting evening of candlelight, intuition, and celebration as we step into the magic of the in-between.
Let go of the Muggle fluff. Costumes are encouraged —wizards, witches, and magical beings of all kinds welcome.
There is no charge to cross the veil and join our candlelit celebration in the Great Hall. Guests are welcome to come and go freely throughout the evening, exploring at their own pace.
Make your night as magical as you wish —choose from an array of Hogwarts-themed readings, games, and enchanted activities, each with prices clearly marked at the event. All experiences are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Throughout the night, watch for chances to win magical prizes worthy of the Wizarding World —make sure you bring your Felix Felicis (Liquid Luck)!

The beautiful Maitreya and Sada are here in Connecticut and we are honored here at MHC to host many of their Connecticut offerings.
For those of you that may not have the pleasure of meeting Maitreya yet- I have been blessed to call him my teacher for over a decade. He has helped me through so many rough times with his gentle nature, his kind words, and healing music. Maitreya taught me, through his example, the kind of healer that I aspire to be in this world. I will always be honored that I had the grace to introduce these two wise old souls this time around and to facilitate their union. The energy that these two beautiful souls create together is so uplifting and moving that I never miss a chance to spend time with them.
So whether this would be a first time meet, or you've known them as long as I have- I invite you to join them on their beautiful nature experience this Saturday or any of their incredible programs that will be offered over the next two weeks. Please check our calendar and register today.

Manifesting what I want with the Point of Infinity....got the exact Jeep I want brand new with only 20 miles on it. While no ducks yet, it's dash is covered with pinecones and rocks- And I scored the best duck 🦆 ever at Duck Rock!

The Point of Infinity Retreat in Sedona begins this evening. As our sacred journey opens in the desert, its energy does not stay contained—it radiates outward, touching the wider community. Vortex currents, prayers, and energetic transmissions of sky and stone are carried like waves to all who can step into the awareness that we are all connected.
During this time, the MHC continues to host our weekly meditations and other events with our dedicated practitioners. By joining these offerings, participants align with the energy current flowing from Sedona to MHC and its community.

Muktinath Holistic Center was founded by Sierra North, former owner of Starlight Healing. The vision of the holistic center came after a spiritual journey that Sierra took in the Himalayas of Nepal, following the path Padmesembhava, the second Buddha, took bringing Buddhism to Tibet. The final destination of the pilgrimage was to a sacred temple at the top of the mountain Muktinath. Muktinath is said to bring liberation and freedom from the binds of our karma. It is said if you bathe in the water at the temple you clear the karma of not only yourself, but your entire family, for seven generations forwards and backwards. The healing of this sacred place is the gift that Sierra was called to bring back to the community in the form of Muktinath Holistic Center.
