Hark! The Herald Angels Sing: A Gathering of Voices, Light, and Seasonal Song

We close our Holiday Open House with an evening devoted to the beloved tradition of gathering in community to share in seasonal song. For centuries, people have welcomed this time of year by singing together, lifting their voices in harmony, and creating a shared field of warmth and joy. They knew that this singing was not about the quality of their voice, rather the extension of the voice toward the heavens in acknowledgment and gratitude for the beauty and connection of this special time of year.

Throughout the evening, we will move through classic holiday pieces and gentle winter favorites. As our voices join, the room fills with resonance, light, and the uplifting vibration that singing creates. Whether you participate with full voice, hum softly, or simply rest in the glow of the music, your presence contributes to the light we will create this night.

Warm drinks, sweet treats, and our joyful togetherness, creates a meaningful close to the day and a warm welcome to the season.

Here's why you should come this Thursday at 7 PM:
When you go to a sound bath, your body isn’t just hearing the sounds, it’s feeling them. Every cell in your body vibrates in response to sound waves, just like ripples in water when you drop a pebble!
That sound massages your cells with vibration. These waves can help shift your body out of “fight or flight” into a calmer, parasympathetic state. In that space, your heartbeat slows, your body relaxes, and your brainwaves begin to synchronize with the rhythm of the sound, often dropping into theta brain waves, the same meditative state where healing and deep subconscious rewiring occur.
A sound bath helps “retune” parts of the body that may have fallen out of tune - like tuning an instrument back into harmony. (See what I did there, fellow musicians?) When the body is in tune, energy can flow freely again, allowing emotional blockages, pain, and stress to release.

Platform 9¾: Stepping into the Magic of the In-Between

Halloween Night at Muktinath Holistic Center

Step through the veil this Halloween and onto Platform 9¾, where the worlds of magic and mystery meet. Join us for an enchanting evening of candlelight, intuition, and celebration as we step into the magic of the in-between.

Let go of the Muggle fluff. Costumes are encouraged —wizards, witches, and magical beings of all kinds welcome.

There is no charge to cross the veil and join our candlelit celebration in the Great Hall. Guests are welcome to come and go freely throughout the evening, exploring at their own pace.

Make your night as magical as you wish —choose from an array of Hogwarts-themed readings, games, and enchanted activities, each with prices clearly marked at the event. All experiences are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Throughout the night, watch for chances to win magical prizes worthy of the Wizarding World —make sure you bring your Felix Felicis (Liquid Luck)!

Our Story

Muktinath Holistic Center was founded by Sierra North, former owner of Starlight Healing. The vision of the holistic center came after a spiritual journey that Sierra took in the Himalayas of Nepal, following the path Padmesembhava, the second Buddha, took bringing Buddhism to Tibet. The final destination of the pilgrimage was to a sacred temple at the top of the mountain Muktinath. Muktinath is said to bring liberation and freedom from the binds of our karma. It is said if you bathe in the water at the temple you clear the karma of not only yourself, but your entire family, for seven generations forwards and backwards. The healing of this sacred place is the gift that Sierra was called to bring back to the community in the form of Muktinath Holistic Center.

At Muktinath Holistic Center we are committed to offer programs, workshops, sacred ceremonies and retreats designed to facilitate "whole" body healing and that empower people to transform themselves and the world. The goal of our holistic approach is to bring the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies into alignment, thereby facilitating healing on all levels. Holistic healing is an ongoing process of attaining the higher levels of wellness, preventing illness, increasing vitality, bringing positive lifestyle changes, inner confidence, and an overall balance in our bodies and life.

Muktinath Holistic Center is a beautiful, peaceful and welcoming healing space where you will find experienced and professional holistic health practitioners, working together, to address all of your health concerns, and bring you to the next step of your spiritual journey. Muktinath offers three large treatments rooms, a large temple space for meditation, and other healing arts, and a growing selection of natural health products, and tools to bring beauty and healing into your own home.
