Karuna Reiki® expands the foundation of Usui Reiki into a field of greater sensitivity and depth. It provides access to energies and symbols that directly awaken the higher heart and support the transformation of suffering into compassion. Through this training, you will come to understand not only how to use these tools, but how to live them — allowing compassion to become a guiding principle in your work and in your daily life.

This is a long, in-depth program that unfolds over several months. It allows time for genuine integration, reflection, and embodied learning. You will receive the Master Attunements for Karuna I and II, learn to give attunements for all levels, and deepen your relationship with the Masters of Compassion such as Quan Yin, who embodies mercy, presence, and the unwavering heart of service.

Yoga-ahh with Mohini Devi

Come join Mohini Devi for an all-level, slow moving yoga class with the intention of de-stressing while building strength and flexibility. Mohini Devi's style is best summed up by “Just breathe, everything else in class is optional”. She is also keen on making yoga accessible. To that end, modifications for different levels and abilities will be offered and encouraged.

*Slow moving is a style of Hatha yoga, where the asanas (poses) are encouraged to be held for a few breaths to “get to know them” (and ourselves while in them) before mindfully transitioning to the next one.

In-person only. Please register in advance as space is limited- Max Capacity 8.

No prior yoga experience required.While a handful of loaner mats are available, you are encouraged to bring your own.

Fee is $20 per class.

About Mohini Devi (Andrea)

Mohini Devi has been practicing yoga since 1999 at a doctor’s recommendation to help reduce stress. She tried and found it challenging for the mind and soul as it helped her cultivate an inner peace. She felt called to teach and found a comparative, alignment based training. While she has taught vinyasa, power, and gentle yoga, her preferred teaching and personal practice style is slow moving/flow. She has been teaching since 2007 for gyms, clubs, yoga studios, and local recreation departments. Her training includes RYT200 and Chair Yoga with Lotus Gardens Yoga, Yoga for Anxiety and Depression, Yoga for the Mature Population, and Yoga for Combat PTSD. She is also an Usui Reiki Master, a Certified Crystal Practitioner, an Advanced Crystal Master, and holds a blue belt in Kuntao-Jiu Jitsu.

Registion is required as space is limited.

Healing the Wounded Heart

No heart is ever truly broken but it certainly can feel very wounded. Thankfully the heart is far more resilient and capable of healing than we think. The heart wants to heal and yearns to love deeply.

Its time to release the fear and our stories of sorrow and wounding and to open our hearts to love again. Let go of the past hurts and move forward to love.

This course will include healing meditation and tools to make the heart ready to love deeper than ever. You will also learn which crystals support the healing of the heart and how to use them.

This course is perfect for any relationship status as it will bring you closer to your partner or bring readiness for a new one.

Crystal Healing through the Akashic Records

The akashic record is where the journey of a soul’s evolution is recorded, its life experiences on this planet and beyond and the travels between. It holds the minute details of every thought, word or action of the soul. Understanding of the akashic can facilitate healing in our personal relationships, finances, career, soul contacts and finding our life path.

With the assistance and guidance of crystals we can access our akashic with clarity and even heal and resolve karma or patterns that are limiting our current circumstances or life potential.

There are four main reasons to do Akashic Healings:

1) There is a challenging area in your life that has intensity to it and has been difficult for you to resolve- this can be a long-term life pattern or a new experience. It can be helpful to gain an understanding of the cycles and patterns that are a part of our karmic story from past lives. We can gain understanding and bring resolution to allow for freedom from this challenge

2) To bring healing to any relationship, even if they have left their body

3) Where there is an area in your life that you wish to be the best of the best of the best- we can look into the akashic to find any past mastery

4) To connect with your guides, spiritual teachers and all the spirits that love you unconditionally. To learn who is there assisting us and to ask questions and receive guidance.

This group method of working with the akashic records was revealed to Sierra first in 2018 in a healing journey into her akashic record. Every group comes together in its unique divinely orchestrated way to share a profound healing experience with the perfect complement of souls. You will experience a personal reading in your own record, and then a clearing and healing process is performed for the entire group. This means that you receive up to six healings in your akashic record.

✨ Sometimes you catch a shooting star right on time ✨

It is not too late to join the Sky-Wheel of Consciousness. We have made a thoughtful adjustment to the course timing and are looking forward to beginning this journey together.

The course will now open with Pisces on February 28. In this wheel, Pisces opens the journey in the state of unconscious unity and source consciousness of the cosmic ocean, and Aquarius completes it as awakened individual consciousness living within conscious unity with the collective. This describes the natural path of our spiritual evolution.

We have also listened to the diverse needs of our community and updated the registration structure. Rather than a required twelve-month commitment, participants are invited into the course with a gentler commitment, and individual sessions may be attended as drop-ins.

Sky-Wheel of Consciousness: Remembering the Zodiac Beyond Astrology

12 month Exploration Saturdays Monthly starting Jan 31st

Explore the zodiac as a living sky-wheel, where each constellation is a teacher, a story-keeper, and a doorway of consciousness.

The stars function as doorways to consciousness because they are not simply inert objects of the sky, but intelligences with whom humans have historically entered in direct relationship and communication. Through sustained attention and observation, the sky becomes a living interface where guidance, insight, and revelation are received. The stars are portals through which contact with angelic, deities, ancient ones, ancestors, ascended masters, galactics, and interstellar beings has been sought and found throughout time. In this way, consciousness evolves through dialogue and relationship with intelligences that operate beyond the limits of individual identity and linear time.

This course offers a path of remembering our sacred relationship with the stars and re-establishing the portals necessary for our further evolution. We reconnect with the zodiac as one of humanity’s oldest ways of tracking time and consciousness through the sky—a celestial wheel that has carried meaning across cultures for thousands of years. We will explore the zodiac as a living sky-wheel, where each constellation is a teacher, a story-keeper, and a doorway of consciousness. The folklore and stories of the constellations offer hints towards the messages embedded in each of the constellations that stream to the earth as they twinkle brightly in the sky,

Month by month, we will meet each constellation as it exists in the heavens, learn its key stars, listen to its folklore and mythic lineages, and explore what teaching and guidance it has to offer for our human evolution. Astrology may appear as a secondary reference point, but the heart of the work is simply creating a direct relationship with the stars themselves, allowing the stars to shine as the teacher.
