We are your full service “Hometown Optical Shoppe” where you are guaranteed to find something for everyone. Our frame selection is crafted to meet the needs of all budgets and taste.

Founded in 1984 by husband and wife team of Betsy and Paul Utnick. Both NYS Licensed Opticians, Paul is widely known for his magic touch in helping you find the perfect frame and lenses to go along with your frame choice. Betsy’s specialty is in Contact Lens Fitting. Prior to striking out on their own, Betsy and Paul honed their skills working in both retail optometric practices.

Betsy worked and trained under noted Ophthamologists Dr. Marvin Kochman MD, and Dr. William Kestin MD, where she honed her contact lens fitting skills which range from pediatric to geriatric needs.
