Meal Time & Location:
    •    2:30 PM – Fraternity House, 1800 Jackson Street

The Greater Women of the Eta Lambda Sigma Alumnae Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. participated in the Annual Day of Service at Louisiana Delta Community College, sponsored by the LDCC Student Government Association and Dean of Student Affairs Dr. Alvina Clayton-Thomas 👏🏾. The event united local youth groups, D9 organizations, LDCC faculty, staff, and community members, all of whom generously donated time, goods, and services.

This year’s focus was on helping students facing food insecurity, with donations of food, toiletries, and other essentials. The event, held in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, exemplified community spirit and demonstrated the power of unity and service. By coming together, the community honored Dr. King’s legacy and showed what can be achieved through compassion and collective action.
