❄️Join MonroeWellness fitness to beat the abominable winter blues by daily movement! There are 2 ways to move:

1. 206 miles
2. 2026 minutes of exercise

What does this means?
Starting January 1st thru March 31st you have to either walk 206 miles (about 2 miles daily) or exercise a total of 2026 minutes (about 24 minutes daily)!
