Yesterday was such an amazing blessing at the shop. So many people came in to shop. So many women looking for a little something to treat themselves, a little magnesium butter for sleep, a Mellow Mind roller for those days of chaos. Grandparents looking for natural solutions for their precious babes. Soap, skin care, all the things.

This Valentine’s Day just felt different. All the conversations. All the connections. All the people who shared their stories with me.

This is what love is — self-love, love for your family, and love for your neighbor.

This week, I’m feeling a little quiet.

With Valentine’s Day this weekend, it feels like I “should” be sharing all my favorite gifts in the shop. But instead, I’m craving slow mornings, sipping my coffee and dreaming. Dreaming about the next batch of soap. Dreaming about what I want to learn next.

So often we live in the pressure of “should”, pushing ourselves into overdrive. Lately, I’ve been thinking about the quote, ‘I remember the days when I dreamed for all that I have now.’

That one stops me in my tracks. Because how often do we reach a dream, a phase, a milestone, and immediately move on to the next without really taking it in? Without recognizing the immense blessing right in front of us?

So if things feel a little quieter here, know that I’m still here, just pausing for the moment.
A moment to breathe.
A moment to reflect on how far this sweet little dream has come.
A moment for gratitude and creativity.

Valentine’s Day doesn’t always have to be about more , sometimes it’s about noticing what’s already here.
