Subject: Announcement of Retirement and Practice Closure
Dear Patients,
After ten rewarding years serving the Monroe community and twenty-two years as a healthcare practitioner, I am writing to share some important news regarding a transition in my life and practice.
Due to personal reasons and my wife’s health, I have decided it is necessary for me to retire from chiropractic practice. Consequently, Stevens Family Chiropractic will officially close its doors on April 30, 2026.
While this has been a difficult decision, I am committed to ensuring a smooth transition for all of you. Until the final day of operation, I will continue to provide the same level of care you have come to expect at the office.
