Fall is a season of change and just like the leaves, our moods and energy can shift this time of year. With shorter days and less sunlight, it’s common for seasonal affective disorder (SAD), depression, and anxiety to sneak up so let’s be proactive instead of reactive.

As the seasons shift, so do we. Fall reminds us that change can be beautiful, but it can also feel heavy. Shorter days, cooler weather, and the upcoming time change can impact our mood, energy, and even our mental health.
