I think a lot of people skip therapy because they’re afraid they’ll have to sit on a stiff couch while someone in a white coat nods and says, "And how does that make you feel?"
Honestly? That’s not how I work.
In sessions with me, we skip the textbook words and the clinical formalities. I’m a big believer that the best breakthroughs happen when we’re just two humans having an authentic conversation. You bring the "heavy stuff," and I’ll bring a judgment-free space where you can finally just breathe.
