Two amazing members of our team were recognized at the Springpoint Leadership Summit earlier this month. Congratulations to Shamdai Khan for receiving the Heroism Award, and to Michele Woodley for receiving the Excellence Award!

Both Shamdai (one of our Certified Home Health Aides) and Michele (Administrative Assistant and HR representative) were honored in recognition of their leadership, dedication, and commitment to Springpoint at Home's clients and fellow employees.

Shamdai received her award from Anthony Argondizza, President and Chief Executive Officer. Michele received her award from James Tavormina, Vice President of Operations. Congratulations to both of these amazing women!

March is National Social Work Month! The theme for 2026 is "Uplift. Defend. Transform." These words truly embody the work of our care management team.

In treating the whole person and not just the diagnosis, they help to ensure better patient outcomes time and time again. They accomplish this by bridging medical and social needs, care coordination, advocating, and supporting families (to name just a few key impacts).
