Thanks for the tip Curvy Spine!

Attention, parents! 🚨

Here are the steps to check your kid's back for scoliosis on the monkey bars in the playground:

1️⃣ Flip their shirt forward to expose back ✔

2️⃣ Let them hang down fully without having legs supported ✔

3️⃣ Observe their spine and look for asymmetries ✔

4️⃣ If the spine looks straight, like on the photo, chances are that your child doesn't have scoliosis. Yay! ✔😀

BUT . . .

if the spine looks crooked when your child stands up and it doesn't correct while in full hang, please, seek help from a professional and wherever possible obtain a low dose radiation x-ray (EOS) to confirm presence or absence of scoliosis. 👍
