Managing healthcare can be overwhelming! Scheduling appointments across town, communicating with different doctors, and tracking prescriptions can feel like a full-time job.

Our innovative Connect4Life program relieves that stress by bringing key healthcare partners on site, and having our skilled Medical Concierge coordinate it all!

For residents, that means personalized attention, fewer trips out for medical care, and more time for things and people you love.

For families, it means peace-of-mind, knowing there’s a team collaborating behind the scenes and paying attention to the details.

For healthcare providers, it means access to the complete, real-time information to facilitate the best outcomes for your patients.

The best part is Connect4Life works! Not only are residents happier - they’re also healthier. Third-party research shows Juniper residents are 50% less likely to require a hospitalization than peers.

Monday was a wonderful day of outreach in our local community!
Residents received their first set of letters from their 2nd grade Pen pals at University Park Elementary in Gateway School District. Students and residents will write letters for the next two months and enjoy a social in May when they get to meet in person!

In the afternoon, residents were treated to a special guest bingo caller, Mayor Dennis Biondo!
