Hospice of Monroe County participated in Monroe Manor’s Trunk or Treat today by handing out cookies to trick or treaters. It was a great event! Thanks Monroe Manor for letting us be part of the fun.

Today we surprised our social work intern Brittany with a party because today is her last day with us. She has been such a joy to have with us and we know she will be an excellent social worker. Help us wish Brittany good luck as she finishes her courses and graduates.

🎉🎉Meet the newest member of our hospice team, Desiree Gattis, RN. Desiree has been a nurse since 2021 and has experience in long term care and hospice. Desiree is married and has one son. When asked why she likes working in hospice, she said “I am able to provide compassionate care and enhance quality of life while developing meaningful relationships with patients and their families.” Help us welcome Desiree to our Hospice of Monroe County team! 🎉🎉
