Alright folks who’s doing this with us?! I am so excited 😆
Our favorite coach is leading another accountability challenge and this one will be EPIC. There will be tons of LIVE cooking classes and LIVE exercise classes…and the earlier you register the more you get access to.
The plan includes a GUIDE of yes and no foods. No calorie counting. No weighing. This is more of a gut cleanse that helps your body get rid of the need for sugar and helps your gut start to process foods the way it’s supposed to.
The first two weeks are a little hard core. The next two weeks, we are m reintroducing some of your favorites (80/20) and last two weeks is a healthier version of real life.
Our coach is the best of the best and comes in DAILY with support, guidance, recipes, tips, and pretty much is our emotional counselor. She has a BS Exercise Science, is a certified Nutritionist, has 25+ years in the Health & Wellness Industry, she’s a Corporate Fitness Consultant, a Cable Fitness Show Host, a Fitness Video Instructor and she is the creator of the R3 Weight Loss Plan.
Rick and I are doing this and so far he has lost 12 lbs in 4 weeks. Not only did he lose the weight, he has kept it off.
AND we are learning to make healthier food choices.( like the post of the salad I made last week)
I have friends who have lost 70+ lbs on this plan, and it’s my GO TO when I get off track. It’s not all about the numbers on the scale but more about health and energy levels for me. This plan is the only thing I have found that works to get that number on the scale going down.
