Ski season is almost here in Western PA—and the best way to stay safe on the slopes starts before your first run.

A few weeks of simple pre-conditioning can help you build leg strength, improve balance, and reduce fatigue (when most injuries happen). Add a quick 5-minute warm-up on ski day, and you’ll feel more confident from the first chairlift to the last run.

We had such a great time at our Lifeline team holiday party last night! 🎄

We played a fun game, opened some special gifts, and enjoyed good food — but most importantly, we enjoyed each other’s company. Nights like this are a reminder of how lucky we are to work with such a kind, hard-working, and fun group of people.
We’re so thankful for our team and everything you do for our patients and for each other all year long.
