✨ Welcome to the Team, Dr. Nick Costanzo! ✨

We’re excited to introduce Dr. Nick Costanzo, our newest physical therapist at our Forest Hills clinic. Nick earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Saint Francis University and specializes in treating musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, with advanced expertise in vestibular dysfunction and post-concussion syndrome.

When he’s not helping patients move and feel better, you’ll find him cheering on the Pittsburgh Penguins and Jacksonville Jaguars, traveling with his family, or playing Pokémon GO.
