🏫 Expect a warm welcome: take a tour of the center, meet our team, and help your child settle in through playful, engaging interactions

👀 Initial observations: your Clinical team will gently observe how your child communicates, interacts, and explores

👩‍👦 Your role as a parent/caregiver: share insights, ask questions, and partner with the team as goals and routines are discussed

💙 First-day reassurance: all feelings and reactions are completely normal, and we're here to ensure a positive, reassuring experience for both you and your child

Meet Bianca Uriarte, MA, BCBA, our amazing Clinical Director leading our newest Early Intervention ABA therapy center, opening in Murrieta this winter 2025!

Bianca has been part of the ALP family since 2014, and she loves the supportive, tight-knit team she works with. Over the years, she’s had the joy of supporting children and families across the Inland Empire with compassion, and in a caring and collaborative environment she helps foster every day. Now, Bianca is thrilled to bring that same energy and lead the launch of our new Murrieta center coming soon, expanding access to ABA therapy services for local families. Driven by genuine passion, Bianca finds her greatest motivation in seeing the incredible progress of the children and families she works alongside.
