This page is to promote my Yoga practice that I would like to share with as many people as possible. This will give you info on up and coming classes I'm teaching as well as some inspirational quotes, feedback and descpitions of classes. I have Trained under Bryan Kest and I am currently a teacher at his studio called Santa Monica Power Yoga. I also freelance at other studios in Los Angeles and do private classes as well.

I know its not politics and it’s not going to get the adrenaline going or make you feel self righteous or validated but I donated a whole day of sweat perseverance fortitude enthusiasm and effort to raise money for rare cancers including a vaccine for pancreatic cancer the disease that took my mother’s life from me. The human life is so valuable. Take all that energy you put into posting that isn’t going to change anything and put it into something worth while you can change… Cycle for Survival

I have to put in the reps. There is nothing more important then consistency for me. It’s a daily grind day in and day out refining the basics. Diet. Counting calories and measuring my macros. Exercise. Spiritually. Daily prayer and meditation. Knowledge. Reading 10 pages of something that builds character. Giving. Donating my time at least one hour a week.
