Sophia is a Montauk native that recently graduated from The Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy in Albany, NY.
Her mission is to encapsulate the feeling of rejuvenation and recovery, and bring awareness to the importance of our vessels. She wants to encourage individuals to seek massage and self care to enhance performance in daily life and longevity.

⭐️Welcome Sabrina to the Collective!⭐️
Sabrina Saucier holds a masters degree in clinical social work from Fordham University and is a practicing Licensed Clinical Social Worker in NYS. Sabrina works with her clients on a range of concerns and specializes in early, middle, and late adulthood (18+), anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship issues, career stress, and major life transitions. Sabrina primarily uses cognitive behavioral and mindfulness-based approaches to therapy, but draws from a range of techniques to meet the individual needs and strengths of each client.

Sabrina was born and raised on Long Island and has worked with a range of populations across a variety of clinical settings in NYC. In 2021, Sabrina started her own practice to address the increasing needs of virtual mental health services. In 2023, Sabrina moved to the East End and is eager to offer her clients a physical and comfortable therapy space in the heart of Montauk! In her free time, Sabrina enjoys creative projects, spending time on the beach, and taking walks with her Frenchie.

Sabrina accepts private pay and some health insurance plans including Aetna, Oxford Health Plans, United Healthcare, Oscar, UMR, Optum Live & Work Well (EAP), and UHC Student Resources.
