i’m Bahia. IFS practitioner, life & relationship coach, bodyworker, yogi, doula, momma, wifey… and so much more! i wear alot of hats but i love them all and love weaving them together. i’m fascinated by and entrenched in the path of healing and whole soul integration. and I’m so grateful for the brave souls I get to work with.

the time has come on this planet to get free from the burdens, limiting beliefs and unconscious stuck emotions we’ve been carrying. the world needs our creativity, compassion and courage more than ever! with all the current awareness about trauma healing, this is a pivotal time for rewiring our brains and bodies, rewriting our stories, and reenvisionong our priorities at the deepest level.

speaking on behalf of different parts of ourselves is a natural way to speak. often we have parts that are in conflict… or just certain aspects of ourselves that want to express certain things. it is helpful to know that its not all of us that feels or thinks a certain way.

when we start relating to ourselves as dynamic multifaceted human beings with lots of different parts, we get more space to hold the complexity of who we are and we can consciously tend to the parts that are calling out to us for attention and care.
