Honestly? For a lot of our older adults at Strive, the answer depends on how you got hurt.

If it happened doing something you do all the time — walking, gardening, lifting things around the house — then yes, you’ll probably need to keep a little bit of rehab in your routine. It’s not a punishment… it’s just maintenance so your body stays strong for the things you love doing.

But if the injury came from something totally random you don’t usually do, then once you finish your rehab and you’re moving well again, you’re usually good to go.

We’ve just seen so many people stop too early and then end up frustrated again — and we don’t want that for you.
