Trying to maintain balance in our hearts, minds and bodies has been a daunting task for most of is these past few weeks. The uncertainty of this health crisis has lead to greater levels of fear, anxiety and depression in most of us. Trying to balance the needs of our families, communities, and ourselves has been challenging.
As a Massage Therapist, I take great pride is being able to assist my incredible clients in creating a healing and rejuvenating experience to alleviate their concerns and discomfort.
Obviously, my work, like so many of yours, has come to a complete standstill as we witness the impact of Covid-19.
My promise to you is that once we progress out of this stage, I will be ready and eagerly awaiting the time where we can connect again in Health & Wellness, and regain balance!

I pray for all of you to remain sane, healthy, calm and we will get through this .
