Today we celebrate three years with Ashley, and it’s impossible to put into words what she means to True North Chiropractic. If you’ve ever walked through our doors, you’ve felt her impact. Ashley is the steady heartbeat at the front of our office — the smile that greets you, the calm voice on the phone, the organized mind behind the schedule and the quiet strength holding the moving pieces together. And let’s be honest, this isn’t your average front desk. Our office is filled with incredible families, many navigating life with kids on the spectrum. That means joy and breakthroughs, but it also means sensory overload, last-minute changes, big emotions, tears, laughter, questions and celebrations — sometimes all within the same hour. Running a smooth, efficient, calm office in the middle of that kind of beautiful chaos is no small task, and Ashley does it with grace. She balances structure with compassion, policies with patience and efficiency with empathy. She knows when to hold firm and when to soften, keeping the trains running on time while making every parent feel seen and every child feel safe. There is a balancing act required to create the environment we strive for — one where healing can happen — and Ashley is a huge part of why that environment exists. Behind the scenes, she is organized, reliable and fiercely committed to our mission, solving problems before they become problems. For three years, she has shown up, grown and chosen to serve families with heart. Ashley, we are grateful for you — for your steadiness, your loyalty and the way you care about our kids and their moms, and for helping make Hope, Answers and Solutions more than just words. Jasmine's mom came to us with frustration and desperation after trying so many approaches: years of therapies, full-time ABA, supplements, and diets. All of these were intended to remove roadblocks for Jasmine in light of her early-on Autism diagnosis. Her body was stuck and couldn't experience freedom and playfulness that kids thrive of off!

"We worked so hard. And, still her body stayed stuck. Then we started neurologically focused pediatric care at True North Chiropractic...and things began to change!" 🎉

Her brain body communication steadily improved and manifested in the big accomplishment of learning to ride a bike! We're so proud of Jasmine and of her mom for finding care that enhancing the life of their family! ❤️
