When Jolena joined Oparc’s Adult Development program in March 2025, she was reserved and shy. Less than a year later, she’s full of confidence, laughter, and loves to express herself through fashion. She’s made many friends and now represents her peers as a member of Oparc’s Advocacy Council, bringing
forward ideas from fellow participants.
