Meet Loretta, Oparc participant 😄💙

Since August 2025, Loretta has been thriving at The Boiling Crab, building independence, confidence, and real workplace skills every step of the way. With each week, she plays a helpful role behind the scenes: prepping to-go kits, organizing tables, stocking supplies, and keeping everything ready before doors open. 💼✨

Beyond the job, this opportunity has made a real impact, allowing Loretta to pay for her own expenses and feel empowered in her daily life. At Oparc, we’re proud to support journeys like Loretta’s, where employment means more than a job, it means independence. ✨✨
