Originally from Edinburgh, Scotland, Nicola Watson is an established teacher who specialises in helping people unite the physical body with the intuitive body and nature through Yoga, Ayurveda and Energy Healing. She still attends class with Alan Finger who initiated her into the ISHTA lineage and avidly follows the Ayurvedic approach to life. Her personal journey has led her around the world teaching, living and expanding herself. She believes that huge change is possible with the right mentor, personal clarity and commitment. She has been educating and supporting wellness warriors that want to live lives that they can be proud of since 2009. She is a Registered Polarity Practitioner, a 500 hr Certified Yoga Teacher and holds a masters degree in Psychology. She offers space, safety and support for transformation for to occur both in person and through her Online Trainings (The Beautiful Alchemy Academy)

Nic loves to have fun doing reflective work and detective work with clients to get to the root of challenges and find solutions.

Today was all about practicing reading the pulse - not in the way that a nurse would but to listen to what your elemental birthright composition is. From there I can ‘hear ‘ which element is out of balance and help you correct it with tools from Ayurveda, yoga and lifestyle practices. It’s about getting micro and specific and I’m still learning but I know this will be a game changer for helping my clients and students ! I’ve waited 15 years to learn this and now it’s time@to put it into practice 🙏🙌

I was always a robust kid. I had a lot of strength and stamina and loved to work out. I’m pitta dosha so that makes sense and gym time was conducive to my constitution. But I got knocked down@in 2023 with 4 surgeries in 9 months and chemo therapy. Life has given me the opportunity to get back up and I took it. Starting today I’m training at JD fitness and complimenting it with yoga@samata yoga . Let’s see where the path takes me. Om namah shivaya 🙏
