We are closing the office today due to the crazy amount of snow we just got! Our office manager Brenda will be in the office for a bit rescheduling all appointments today via calls and email. If there are any issue email contactmphc@gmail.com or head to your account at mphc.janeapp.com to find another visit. My advice as a doc is try not to use the shovel, just buy a snowblower! Be safe out there!

Here Dr. Chris is releasing adhesions in his finger using the technique, can you hear them releasing! Then he uses the to open up the muscles, tendon, and joints to free up the pressure! It’s the best 🙌
