November is National Lung Cancer Awareness Month. Smoking… is really bad for you. If you are smoking, you need to quit. That means…

No smoking, no va**ng, no w**d, and no ho**ah! If you need the active ingredient from w**d—THC—I recommend people use Gummies.

Ni****ne is addictive, smoking is addictive, and I share something bad.

I smoked when I was in eighth grade, and I understand and sympathize with anyone who smokes.
I’m sharing some thoughts on breaking this habit so you can live a healthier longer life! Lung cancer is dreadful, and I’ve had so many patients pass from lung cancer…

I would love to try to help and influence people to stop smoking.

November is National Healthy Skin Awareness Month, and I’m in my cosmeceutical closet showing different cosmeceuticals that need to be used on the face, neck, and body to keep your skin in top shape.

I also dive into the science behind some of these cosmeceuticals that I highly recommend. As you all know from watching my videos, I lecture nationally and internationally on what to put on your face, and cosmeceuticals are near and dear to my heart.

This picture I thought was fascinating… Some people would consider this a road to nowhere, but I consider it a road to everywhere.

I am a planner, I am a goal setter, I am type A+, and try my best to be very strategic.

The oldest human remains are 3.75 million years old and were found in Kenya by Richard Leakey.

Africa is where humans all come from. Our human skin color adapted and changed, depending on where we migrated to and whom we intermarried with. According to the Human Genome Project, we are all roughly 99.4% the same DNA.

So many resources, natural resources, diamonds, gold, emeralds, and other gems, food, spices, and raw materials come from Africa.

This was a wonderful, soulfully enriching, and truly bountiful trip for my husband and I got to go on. We were so sorry that our daughter was in midterms and could not make it.

I consider Africa a destination I will need to come back to to restore and refresh myself for the rest of my life. I simply loved it, with the complicated racist past history of South Africa with the present challenges, I found it tremendous.

I’m in Johannesburg at the gorgeous Four Seasons hotel. Some of the African team members from the Four Seasons are telling me what the top three questions are that Africans have for a global speaker/global key opinion leader in dermatology who is African-American… like me!

It was a lot of fun getting to speak with them!

How are you going to live your life? Your life choices are the drumbeat of your life… And they can make or break who you are, what you do, how happy you are, and the overall quality of your life.

I like to tell my mentees, my patients, my followers, and my friends that life is composed of the decisions you make, so try your best to make great decisions at every point!

I am beating on a beautiful giant Chinese drum during the last few minutes of my lovely stay at the Molori Safari Lodge.

Another beautiful rhino! I would do skin tightening on the rhino with the Zaffiro, the IntraGen, and possibly the IntraCel to tighten and tone the rhino’s skin and make the skin have better reflectivity and look younger!

🇺🇸 Happy Veterans Day… I am wishing my friends, family, and followers a very happy and blessed Veterans Day and thanking them for their service and their duty to this country and for their courage and kindness to all of us so we can be free and live in a democracy.

Veterans Day is more important than ever, and I thank God for veterans and pray that they are supported in the ways that they need to be for their mental health and physical health, as well as for their safety.

These are white rhinoceros, which is an endangered species due to poachers coming and trying to kill them for their beautiful horns. Their horns are not magical. They do not have special powers over human beings, and they should not be poached, and they should not be killed.

They have an innate beauty.
