THE TOTAL WORKOUT enjoyed a fabulous Special Workshop this morning!
Kelsey Tangel, Montclair Doctor of Acupuncture, Herbalist, and Yoga teacher, guided us through a yoga session that was appropriate for all ages and skill levels. And, she taught us about Summer Energetics as defined in Chinese Medicine. Kelsey is a knowledgeable and generous professional! We are SO grateful to work with her for these Seasonal Workshops! Don’t miss our Autumn session- sometime after Labor Day!

Super-Ager and longtime Total Workout client, Joan Schulte, celebrated her birthday with us at the studio today! Let’s just say, Joan is deep into her 80s and still knocking out her push-ups like an 18 year old! She is setting a high bar and we love her for that, and for being a wonderful friend! HBD Joan!
