STORM SAFETY UPDATE:
This morning Hurricane Hilary weakened to a tropical storm, but the dangers presented by this severe storm to Southern California remain.
This storm will bring heavy rains, strong winds, and potential floods and landslides. For your safety, please stay home as much as possible, avoid unnecessary travel, and avoid parking your car under trees and powerlines.
Southern California Edison has also warned about power outages, so be sure to charge your phones and power banks. Also, be sure to have flashlights/candles and extra drinking water in hand.
