Movement = Medicine
Most people know that prolonged sitting is hard on the back, but the effect goes deeper than posture. Research has found that extended static positions reduce the pumping action that moves fluid through spinal discs, which is how those discs receive nutrients. Chiropractic and decompression are helpful for disc health over the long term.
