Position: Front Admin Staff for our Optometry Office in Monterey Park
Qualifications:
• Bilingual (Fluent in Spanish is a huge PLUS!)
• Excellent Customer Service and front facing with patients
• Rotational weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday)
• Experience in Optometry Office is a PLUS!
• Proficient in basic computer applications and Quickbooks software
• Ability to multi-task and handle fast paced office environment assisting patients, managing payment transactions, pre-testing & appointment scheduling.
• FAST LEARNER, outgoing personality and dependable.
