從悲傷到平靜的重生之旅……
當我在 Rosemead 慶祝中秋節的市集上遇見菩提禪修的老師們時,我心中充滿感激。那天初次相遇後,我立刻向老師諮詢,並開始了解菩提禪修。
第一次聆聽金菩提宗師的音樂時,我頓時感到如釋重負。那段時間,我背負了太多悲傷,在一場火災中失去了家園,也失去了事業。我幾乎失去了一切,整個人陷入絕望。但短短的一段音樂,讓我覺得心裡的壓力被打開了,身體也放鬆許多。我告訴先生:“聽完這段音樂,我整個人都舒服了!” 從那一刻起,我決定參加禪修課程。
禪堂特別為我們開設英文共修,我開始每週日上課。每次上課後,我都覺得身心更輕鬆,內心越來越平靜安寧。坐在禪堂裡時,我常常不自覺流淚,那是一種深層的釋放,彷彿壓抑已久的情緒慢慢離開。
健身班的第一天,回家後的晚上,我夢見有人擠壓我的右胸,流出綠色的液體。夢境非常真實,就像身體在把不好的東西排掉。醒來後,我覺得整個人輕了許多。
上課時,因為長期承受壓力與悲傷,我的身體出現發炎與頭痛的情況。火災帶來的創傷太深,頭痛揮之不去,也睡不好。開始禪修後,每次回家都能明顯放鬆,也睡得更沉,不再頭痛,心情逐漸變得開朗。
正如宗師所說:“不要過度擔心,過去的經歷或許正是為了迎接更好的生活。” 我深深體會到這句話的真諦。
我很感謝這門課程,也感謝禪堂所有老師與工作人員。他們總是親切、關懷,讓我感受到家的溫暖與支持,這份力量對我意義重大。
誦念藥師佛心咒時,我整整哭了一個小時。師父說那是情緒的釋放。我真的感覺到自己一層一層地放下,內心變得更加清明。隔天醒來,我覺得世界都亮了。我明白,不要執著於物質,生命中最珍貴的,是心的成長與愛的連結。
回顧這些年,雖然曾經以為自己失去了一切,但如今我重新站起來了。短短三個月,我和家人再次投入生活,找到新的方向。原來,只要心打開,一切都能重新開始。
在禪堂,我也被許多學員的故事深深感動。大家都有自己的挑戰,卻依然努力向前。特別是那些戰勝癌症的學員,他們的經歷讓我明白:人體本身具有調整與恢復的能力。只要願意相信並持續禪修,生活就會慢慢好轉。
我對金菩提宗師懷有深深的敬意。特別是在一次週四的大能量調理中,我感受到一股溫和而堅定的力量。起初只是靜坐,感覺舒適,後來身體開始自然反應,讓我體會到宗師所傳遞的,是一種帶著喜悅與覺醒的力量。
如今,我的心再次充滿希望。感恩金菩提宗師,讓我重新找回平靜、力量與健康。

A Journey from Grief to Peaceful Rebirth…
When I met the Bodhi Meditation teachers at the Mid-Autumn Festival fair in Rosemead, my heart was filled with gratitude. After our first encounter that day, I immediately sought guidance from the teachers and began learning about Bodhi Meditation.
The first time I listened to Grandmaster JinBodhi’s music, I felt an instant sense of relief. During that period, I was carrying overwhelming sadness. I had lost my home and my business in a fire, and it felt like I had lost everything. I was trapped in despair. But just a short piece of music lifted the heavy pressure in my heart, and my body relaxed in a way I hadn’t felt for a long time. I told my husband, “After listening to that music, I feel so much better.” From that moment, I decided to join the meditation classes.
The center hosts an English group practice for us, and I began attending every Sunday. After each session, I felt physically and mentally lighter. My heart gradually became calmer and more peaceful. Sitting in the meditation hall, I often found myself in tears, a deep emotional release as if long-suppressed feelings were slowly leaving me.
On the first day of the Health & Happiness Retreat, that night I dreamed someone was pressing on my right chest, and green liquid flowed out. The dream felt so real, as if my body were releasing stored pain. When I woke up, I felt noticeably lighter.
During classes, because of long-term stress and grief, my body showed inflammation and headaches. The trauma from the fire ran deep, and I could not shake the headaches, and I had trouble sleeping. After I started meditating, I could relax clearly each time I went home, sleep more deeply, and the headaches stopped. My mood also became brighter.
As Grandmaster often says, “Don’t worry too much. Perhaps the past experiences were preparing you for a better life.” I truly understand the meaning of these words now.
I’m deeply grateful for this course and for all the teachers and staff at the center. Their kindness and care always make me feel warmth and support, like being at home. This strength means a great deal to me.
When I chanted the Medicine Buddha Heart Mantra, I cried for an entire hour. Grandmaster explained that it was an emotional release. I truly felt layers of heaviness dissolve, and my heart became clearer. The next morning, the world felt brighter. I understood then that material things are not what we should cling to. What matters most in life is inner growth and the connections of love.
Looking back, although I once thought I had lost everything, today I have stood up again. In just three months, my family and I have returned to living fully and found a new direction. It turns out that as long as the heart opens, everything can begin again.
At the meditation center, I am also deeply touched by the stories of many practitioners. Everyone has their own challenges, yet they continue moving forward. Especially those who overcame cancer, their experiences helped me realize that the human body has its own ability to adjust and heal. As long as we believe and continue meditating, life will gradually improve.
I have the deepest respect for Grandmaster JinBodhi. During one Thursday energy blessing session, I felt a gentle yet steady force. At first, it was simply comfortable while sitting quietly. Later, my body naturally responded, and I experienced the joyful and awakening presence that Grandmaster transmits.
Now, my heart is filled with hope once again. I am grateful to Grandmaster JinBodhi for helping me regain peace, strength, and health.
